CITIZENS CHARTER

Jagson Airlines endeavor to constantly redefine services and procedures to enhance passenger care, this Citizens’ Charter is being presented, which will give information on all the interface points between you, – our valued customers. Other important information regarding reservations, check-in procedures, special product up-grades, baggage allowance, security regulations etc. is briefly outlined in this Citizens’ Charter.Wheel chair for physically challenged person's would be provided free of charge to applicable passengers at the airport.

Cabin Baggage

Only one piece of cabin baggage of specific dimensions is permitted in the cabin for the safety of the aircraft and the passenger as well as the convenience to the fellow passengers. Besides this, we permit an overcoat, wrap or blanket; an umbrella or a walking stick; a lady’s handbag, lady’s pocketbook or lady’s purse; a reasonable amount of reading matter for the flight; a small camera and/or a pair of binoculars; infant’s food for consumption in flight and infant’s carrying basket and a fully collapsible invalids wheelchair and/or a pair of crutches and/or braces or other prosthetic device for the passenger’s use provided that the passenger is dependent upon them.

Fares

Our domestic fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) / USD for foreigners.

Cancellation Charges

1.To allow flexibility to our passengers in their travel plan, we levy cancellation charge provided the cancellation is effected at least one hour before the scheduled departure.

2.Passengers can effect cancellation on phone or fax to our main booking offices and present the ticket physically for cancellation within 24 hours.

3.Refund Administration Fee is levied while affecting the refund for unutilized tickets. The details can be obtained from the Jagson Airlines office.

4.Passengers are requested to keep their tickets in safe custody, as no refund is permissible against lost tickets.

Validity of Tickets

Our domestic tickets, issued on normal fare, are valid for six months from the date of issue.

Check-in Procedures

Passengers are required to report at the Airport 60 minutes prior to departure.

Check-in counters for flights close 30 minutes prior to departure.

Passenger Services

All major airports have well designated passenger service counters to handle passenger’s queries and provide special assistance required by them.

At all airports, Duty Managers are stationed at a designated location to sort out any problem faced by passengers.

Baggage Allowance

Free baggage allowance on our Mi-172 helicopter flights is limited to 5 kg. and on DO-228 Aircraft is 10 kg.

Security Regulations

Security is the prime concern of Jagson Airlines and we strictly abide by the rules and regulations specified by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).

Dangerous Goods

According to Dangerous Goods Regulations, the following articles are not allowed to be carried in your baggage :

Explosive, ammunition and fireworks

Compressed gases

Flammable solids and liquids

Oxidizing substances, organic peroxides

Toxic, poisonous and infectious substances

Radioactive material

Corrosives

Other miscellaneous articles such as mercury, magnetized material, offensive or irritating material, briefcase / attach case with installed alarm device or incorporative lithium batteries and/or pyrotechnique material.

Delayed Flights

If a flight is delayed for more than four hours, Jagson Airlines provides the following facilities :-

Full refund if desired by a passenger.

Alternate arrangements are made to take passengers to destination either by air or other modes of transport subject to availability.
