Charter Rules, Terms and Conditions ::

Baggage Allowance:
The number of passengers along with commercial payload can be worked out as per the specific requirement of charter party on designated sectors. Indicatively 17 passengers with standard baggage can fly on any 400 kms. sector length.

Rates-Flying Hours:
Rs. 1,00,000/- or US$ 3000/- ( equivalent in INR ) per block hour.Fuel surcharges @Rs.10,000/-per hour. Rs.3,500/-Insurance surcharge per block hour. Block time is taken from the time of start of engine to the shut off engine. Block time shall be rounded off to the next ten minutes. Rate is chargeable from delhi airport.

Detention of Aircraft on ground:
Detention charges for the first one hour of the arrival of aircraft will be free. Subsequent hours will be charged at the rates of Rs 12,000/- or US$300 per hour. Time is taken from the time of landing to the time of take off. Night Halt Charges Rs 60,000/-per night and Crew and engineer Lodging/Boarding and Transpotation/airfare charged on actual.We will require passenger list seven days before the date of charter. We may have technical halts for refueling while operating flights.On every boarding PSF as per AAI will be charged.watch Ext.charges will be paid by you.

Payment:
50% payment in advance by cash/draft at the time of confirmation of charter flight at least one week before the departure . Balance 50% amount 72 hours prior to the departure again by cash or Bank draft.

Cancellation:
25% of the total charter cost if cancelled before 48 hrs. of the departure time. 50% of total cost if cancelled between 6 hrs. to 48 hrs. of the departure time of the flight. 75% of the total cost if cancelled less than 6 hrs. of departure time.

** The Charter rates are subject to revision due to changes in basic rates, fuel costs, exchange variations or change in Govt. Taxation. The rates prevalent at the time of the charter would be applicable.

:: HELICOPTER AVAILABLE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ::

Tariff, Terms & Conditions :

Rate: Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs Fifty Thousand only) per hour.
Insurance: Insurance Surcharge @ Rs. 3500/- per hour.
PSF: PSF applicable @ Rs. 250/- per Indian Pax and USD 5 per foreigner pax.
Payment: 100% payment advance.

RATES - FLYING HOUR
Rs. 2,50,000/- for Indian Pax or US$ 7000 (equivalent in INR) per block hour. Block time is taken from start (Chock off) to shut off (Chock on) of engine.Rates are chargeable from heliports MUMBAI/ITANAGAR Respectively.

DETENTION ON GROUND ::

Detention charges for the first one hour after the arrival of aircraft will be free. Ach subsequent hour will be charged at the rate of Rs. 12,000/- for Indian Pax or US$ 300 for foreigners per hour.
Time is taken from the time of landing to the time of take off. Night halt charges Rs. 60,000/- (8 p.m. to 6 a.m. is considered as Night).

Crew & Engineer Lodging Boarding & Transportation will be arranged by you. Airfare,
     i f any will be charged on actual.
Positioning of fuel will be arranged by you and cost of fuel will be paid by us.
Watch extension charges/ other expenses will be calculated after receiving confirmed      itinerary.
We may have technical halts for refueling while operating flights as per load.

CANCELLATION ::

25% of total charter cost if cancelled before 48 hrs. of the departure time.
50% of total cost if cancelled between 6 hrs. to 48 hrs. of the departure time of the      flight.
75% total cost if cancelled less than 6 hrs. of departure time.
